This is a nagios-plugins Solaris package. nagios-plugins is available from
http://switch.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/nagiosplug/ , as linked to from
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=29880 .

Binary packages as supplied by UvT generally are compiled with NO support for:

 PostgreSQL
 radiusclient
 LDAP plugin
 mysql plugin
 check_hpjd
 check_snmp

Study earlier work done on packaging nagios-plugins for Solaris: There once was
a Solaris package released:

Stuff seems to be in CVS, not shipped with 1.3.1 tarball.
